This service is designed for couples with demanding schedules who are unable to handle the coordination and planning of their wedding. If you are seeking a professional wedding planner to handle the complete planning and coordination of your wedding from start to finish, the Masterpiece Diamond Package is for you. This package is customized specifically for each couple. The Masterpiece Diamond Package includes all the personalized services found in the Masterpiece Ruby and Masterpiece Sapphire Packages.

Initial meeting to get an overview of your wedding day vision
Creative consultation on theme, style, color, and complete wedding design
Venue search, selection and negotiation of contracts with vendors
Up to six (6) additional consultation meetings during the planning process
Set up and accompany client to venue, caterer and/or florist appointments, up to (3) appointments
Assistance tracking vendor deposits, payments and due dates
Liaison service with vendors booked throughout the planning process
Budget management including spreadsheets showing payments due and monies spent
Confirmation of hotel accommodations
Unlimited phone calls and emails from date of contract until the wedding date
Design and décor ideas, suggestions, and development
Mailing of wedding invitations and announcements
Assistance and advice with stationary selection and wording
Managing the guest list and RSVP’s
Wedding day Assistant, (the number will be determined based on size of wedding)

Exact pricing for this package is determined by size of wedding, number of guests, location of wedding ceremony and reception venue, the amount of time to plan from the time the contract is signed until the wedding date, and the level of involvement for the wedding planner. Any additional services not outlined in this package description will be contracted at an hourly rate.

The price for this service starts at $3,200.
